Utility Locates

Jordan’s Tree is required by law to order utility locates before digging

In order to dig Jordan’s Tree is required to order the utility locates themselves. This is a free service but does require 3 working days to complete.

Beware: Only public utilities are located

Many property owners bury their own utilities (examples: underground sprinkler systems, dog fences, buried private water or electric lines to any lighting or outbuildings.) These are not located and are the responsibility of the property owner to locate. Jordan’s Tree is not responsible for locating these privately owned lines.
